What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Returns are free of charge when using our pre-paid return label provided in your account dashboard.
How should I clean and maintain my cork footbed?
To maintain longevity, avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight. To clean the suede lining, use a suede brush and a damp cloth with mild soap. We recommend applying a cork sealer periodically to prevent the cork from drying out.
Can BIRKENSTOCK sandals be repaired?
Yes, BIRKENSTOCKS are designed to be sustainable. Many of our components, including the soles and the cork footbeds, can be replaced or repaired by a professional cobbler to extend the life of your footwear.
