We want you to be fully satisfied with your BIRKENSTOCK purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and original-condition items. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original branded shoebox.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items back into their original BIRKENSTOCK shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
